POLICY

All bookings require a £30 non refundable booking fee at the time of booking your appointment. Please note that booking slots will not be held and are not confirmed until we have received the booking fee. The £30 will then be deducted from your appointment total cost on the day.

We accept cash, card or bank transfer.

We also have a lateness policy in place. We will keep your appointment for 10 minutes after your confirmed appointment time after this your appointment will be cancelled and you will lose your booking fee. Please let us know if you are running late.

We run a no show policy that if you no show to an appointment you will lose your booking fee and also be charged 50% of your total appointment cost. You will not be able to rebook without paying this fee.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen and will try our best to accommodate you where possible.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If a booking is cancelled or moved within 24 hours of your confirmed appointment your booking fee will be lost and a new booking fee will be payable.
